Walden's Puddle WildlifeWalden's Puddle is the only professionally staffed wildlife rehabilitation and education facility in Middle Tennessee. Our mission is to provide treatment and care for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife, as well as educational experiences that promote a greater understanding and appreciation for wildlife and its habitat. Kroger Gift CardKroger Gift CardWalden's Puddle is trilled to offer the Kroger Gift Card, beginning July 7th, 2008, as a way to enable the dollars you spend at Kroger for groceries, medicine, and gas to go even further. Kroger has always been community minded especially when it comes to non profit organizations.Through their gift card program many non profits have benefited by you the consumer just for doing your weekly grocery shopping. Here's how it works: Call, email, or send us a request along with $5 for the price of the card and we will send you a Kroger Gift Card pre-loaded with $5, so their is really no actual cost to you. You then can use your card to make purchases at Kroger. Your card has a number that is assigned to Walden's Puddle and for every dollar you spend we get a rebate. Pretty easy and the card is re-loadable, so you can add as much as you want to it. To re-load your card just go by customer service before you shop and add whatever amount you want to your card. You can also re-load at the check out, just remember to do so before your items are scanned. What a great and really simple way to ensure Walden's Puddle continues our mission of caring and treating sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife, as well as educational experiences in our communities.
