The event benefits the American Heart Association, a group dedicated to reducing the prevalence of our nation’s number one and number three killers: Heart Disease and Stroke.

Attendees experience six extraordinary lofts in the historic Werthan Mills Building. Built in 1871 as part of a cotton mill, Werthan residences retain many features of the original building, integrated with some of the most unique urban architecture in Nashville. Restored pine floors, exposed brick and beams, unique artifacts from the factory’s past, 20 foot ceilings and a private penthouse deck are a few of the surprises from previous tours.

In addition to amazing spaces, each home also hosts wine tasting, hors d’ouvres and live entertainment. Returning after its successful debut at last year’s event, there’s also a microbrew tasting for the beer connoisseur.

A $40 donation per person gains you entry to all lofts this year, including the late-night Penthouse Party. This final location will be reserved for the after-party beginning at 10pm, where a live band, one of the hippest lofts in Nashville, and more wine & dessert await you.
