Pack it Again, Sam
Reuse old packaging as much as you can. Did you know that packaging accounts for 35% of all trash? When the family receives those books you ordered online, save the box. Instead of putting all of your boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts or shipping envelopes into the trash or recycling bin, think of reusing them. Make the box or a large padded envelope an art project before you ship Grandma's birthday gift in it. Put a new label over the old one and then it's ready to go to Grandma! When we reuse items before we recycle or trash them, we are saving energy, resources, and time.

As long as the package hasn't been to badly opened it gets re-used. I send things out to family and friends and whatever box I have on hand gets re-used.
