And help out someone near you. When shopping with the kids for groceries this week, make a point to buy two of things. Instead of just one can of green beans, buy two; instead of just one jar of sunbutter, pick up two. Have a box in the back of your car designated for your new items. Each week, take the 5 extra minutes to fill that box, and when it's full, drop it off at your local food drive or food bank. The impact will be huge, but the hit to your pocket book won’t be (since it will be spread out over time).
