Most Important Meal Of The Day
Take a FAST BREAK for your kids this morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The food we offer our kids to start their day is important, but what about non-food items we offer each morning? Use breakfast to not only nourish their little bodies, but nourish their spirits. Sit on the floor and have a morning picnic or gather round the kitchen table. Tell them how much they're loved and give some encouragement for a great day! Stop the morning-rush to make time for them and they'll get the much needed boost from within, much like the benefits of healthy breakfast.
