When your kids wake up in the morning, read them a bedtime story from back to front. Follow it with dinner (mac & cheese is a good first food) and save the pancakes for your evening meal. Breakfast might be the most important meal, but who says it always has to come first? See how many things you can do backwards for the day. Walk backwards down the hall, wear your shirt backwards.
