Remember from high school chemistry? Oh yes, it is hydrogen peroxide. We've talked about ways we can protect our kids from the insane toxins that are all around us. Well, next time you're cleaning, try H2O2 instead of bleach. It is composed of water and oxygen, but acts as a germ killer. On laundry day, add 8 ounces in place of bleaches to whiten whites and brighten colors. This will keep toxic chemicals out of our water supply and it's easier on your clothes. Use it on boo-boos and tell the kids the bubbles are getting those nasty germs!
