What to do with those envelopes? We have an idea!

We all know that it’s better to reuse than to recycle (recycling does require energy). And since recycling is better than tossing trash in landfills, first try reducing what you buy, and then reuse products over and over to increase their life. Today, instead of recycling your envelopes from bills, pesky credit card offers, or bank statements, begin a collection. On December 17, we’ll have an activity in which you can use them. Try to collect as many as you can. In order to keep the messiness at bay, why not reuse an old shoe-box for this very project?
